Small scale Farmers’ Forum of South Africa – The East and Southern Africa Farmers’ Forum (ESAFF) was established in 2002 during the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) conference held in Johannesburg, South Africa by small scale farmers operating in the East and Southern Africa with assistance from Centre for Rural Community Empowerment, University of Limpopo (CRCE/UL), Participatory Ecological Land Use Management (PELUM Association), Promoting Local Innovation South African chapter (PROLINNOVA SA). ESAFF has an ambition to organize small scale farmers, network, advocate for policy, bring change in attitude and approach to issues deemed imperative by small scale farmers.
